"Create Blog" option not working

    I have a multi site and installed buddypress on it .The top bar shows an option “create blog ” .But when I clicked on it.It is redirecting to main URL mysite.com .

    Am I missing something? Or it is because of Multisite and Buddypress conflict?

    Here is the screen shot .

    Does any body have Idea on it?

    Update :
    I have installed a buddypress compatible theme and the problem has been solved
