Supplementing the price display of the new order notification email

By default, WooCommerce does not provide tax rate information in new order emails, only displaying the total tax amount.

To display the tax rate in these emails, that will need customization, which is out of the scope of the support we can provide in the forums. You can find more information on how to access tax rates in this developer document: WC_Tax.

There is also a premium extension for the WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips invoicing plugin that allows for customization of customer invoices, including the inclusion of tax rates.
