Filters remain static

Hello,

Firstly the plugin is great! It works seamlessly.

However, I have three taxonomies, Colour, Size and Category. Eg. When the user selects ‘XL’ size, the color and category should dynamically reflect the nos of products available with the size XL only.

Is there any setting that I’ve missed. Please advise.
