Thumbnail size changes when images re-arranged

    I have set thumbnail size as 120×180 in Settings>>Media
    Everything works fine but strangely the thumbnail size changes to 120×140 if I re-arrange an image in the gallery by dragging it to another position.

    Now the rest of thumbnails are 120×180 and the re-arranged image is 120×140. Can someone help ?
