Showing Random Prices into the Cart

    We are using the Tiered Pricing Table extension (Version 3.4.1) on our site to create flexible pricing rules for our WooCommerce items.

    The issue might be as explained below:
    While product options have been loaded (i.e. Size, Color, etc.) for a particular product and the user immediately chooses multiple options and directly hit ADD to Cart Button, it shows a random price value in the user’s cart. (i.e. In Thousands etc, Not Real Price)

    We’re thinking that the issue is happening because while the user chooses from available options, it will search for price based upon the option you selected and before that price comes from a back-end database, the user press ADD TO CART button already. So It is causing issues in between

    Note: This issue persists while having multiple options to choose from. (i.e. Size, Color Dropdown, etc.

    The product Wall Belt Price is $53.46 in actual which is listed on our site.

    Hello @hitechtoys,

    Can you please confirm that the issue is reproducing when all other 3rd-party plugins are disabled?

    Hi @bycrik ,

    Thank you for your quick response.

    We have tried to reproduce this issue on our side but It is not happening regularly so we can not reproduce it from our side.

    Also, This is the PROD site so we can not disable other plugins at our side, we tried into our local development environment but as this issue not happening on regularly so we can not able to reproduce it from our side.

    If you can please check and let us know your feedback then it would really help us to fix the same. We already mentioned the scenario into our support ticket.

    Hello @hitechtoys,

    Unfortunately, as the bug is not reproducing on our end, we cannot help you with this one.

    I’d recommend creating a staging site where you have an exact copy of the live site, but you’d be able to debug the issue.
