So I found out that there should be a little settings wheel at the top of a new page that allows it to be edited, but none of my pages or posts have it. I’ve already tried changing themes and redownloading, which obviously did nothing. I thought maybe it just didn’t come with the site but most other people seemed to have it. Is it a plugin you have to download to edit the site or just something I’m doing wrong?

(red arrow points to missing part in case you couldn’t tell)

This used to be a gear some WordPress-versions ago i think, but now it looks like one:

If you don’t have that either, show a screenshot of what you see.

I do have that bar but it doesn’t give options to actually edit the page. Thanks for helping with that though. I might just need to download something to change the format.

You would only need to use the latest WordPress version 6.2.2. If it still doesn’t look like my screenshot, then it’s because of some plugin you’re using or your theme that is affecting the options here.
