Hi @mgribaudo60,
– By saying a set of services, do you mean that you want to create a package ( having a group of services )? If that is the case then I am sorry it’s not possible with BookingPress yet.
You can set create services with their own timings with the BookingPress premium version.
– Of course, you can set different time slots for each service.
– Unfortunately, there is no hook available publically yet when any appointment is booked. We will make hooks available soon.
– The admin or the Staff Member (if he is given permission) will be able to Modify, Create or Cancel an appointment from the Backend.
– You will be able to do that by configuring Special Days and work hours for each service and then the services will be displayed for the time duration of the special day. And if you don’t want to allow to book the service for a full day, then you can set the Day as a Holiday ( from the Backend ). This feature is available in the BookingPress premium version.
We hope that we could reply to your all queries. Please contact us from our website if you have any further queries regarding the premium version of BookingPress.
Thanks,
Thanks for the quick reply,
I still need some clarifications 🙂
How long do you expect the hooks to be enabled?
I need to enable a mechanism to be able to automatically act on interventions and synchronize them with another back-office database.
Do you think it is possible to act directly on the database?
In this case, can someone give me a simple technical support?
Even with regard to the “Special days” I would need to act programmatically.
Again, do you think I can get some help?
Good day
Marcello
HI @mgribaudo ,
I’m sorry I do not have estimated time frame when hooks will be available publically.
Regarding data sync with another database, you need to do that customization on your own. I don’t think you will be able to achieve it easily because when any appointment will be booked, data will be stored in multiple tables so you need to manage everything to keep everything in mind.
Regarding special days, it’s already available in the premium version so you can use that instead handling by the custom code.
I hope this helps.
Thanks,
This doesn’t scare me, if someone (maybe you?) gives me a hint, I guess the number of tables isn’t that big.
The same goes for the “Special Days” I must be able to configure them automatically. Then act on the database.
Ultimately if someone gives me a hand, I have a small budget, I think it’s feasible.
