Forms submitted but we are not getting emails

    Hello There,

    I believe you are doing good,

    In our website we have contact form, where users can fill the details/fields and when they submit we get those details in email and we take further actions, but for the last 1 month we are not getting the emails, we thought no one has submitted the forms but we checked there is some error where we are not recieving those emails can you check & let me know where is the problem.

    Are you using a plugin for this form? If yes, what plugin? This plugin acquired from?

    Or,

    Is this form a feature of your currently active theme? If yes, what theme? This theme acquired from?

    Hi

    Thanks for your response we did not use any plugin for this contact form.

    This site uses GeneratePress theme. most likely is a custom theme made specifically for JCILM GLobal – JESUS CHRIST IS LORD MINISTRIES & We use elementor as well.
