Hey guys, here is my WordPress website..

And what I want to do is create a link on the menu bar that doesn’t link to a page but links to my forum which is an SMF forum..

How would I do this? What do I edit?

I don’t know anything about your StudioPress Red theme, but if you are running Version 3 of WordPress AND if the theme is compatible with the Menus introduced in Version 3, then:
Take a look at the Custom Links section of this page: http://codex.wordpress.org/Appearance_Menus_SubPanel

Otherwise, contact the theme’s author.
