    Hi There

    The products that we add are not syncing with the catalog immediately. They need to be updated again in order to sync. Some are not syncing evening after updating.

    Any idea what the issue could be?

    Hi @vineshd,

    We’re happy to help. Could you share your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, you can paste it into your reply.

    Thank you for sharing the logs!

    Version 3.0.24 was released three days ago, please make sure to update the plugin as fast as you can: https://wordpress.org/plugins/facebook-for-woocommerce/

    I wasn’t able to replicate the issue you described on my test site. The product was successfully synced immediately after I pushed it.

    I noticed that you have Product Feed PRO for WooCommerce plugin installed which I believe also has a Facebook integration feature. I suggest disabling it, as it could potentially be causing a conflict.

    If that didn’t help, please try re-establishing the connection by following the steps outlined in this guide: Facebook for WooCommerce – How to Reconnect.

    Hi There

    The problem still persist after the changes. On WooCommerce it indicates that the “This product is not yet synced to Facebook.”, however on Facebook the product is showing.

    I am also getting the following error in the WooCommerce logs – 06-05-2023 @ 13:03:49 – There was an error trying sync products using the Catalog Batch API for job 54128d3fe6d428a2a277bd8a9122fdea: Cannot create the API instance because the access token is missing.

    Hi @vineshd ,

    Thank you for reaching back with an update on this. Just to be sure, can you update to version 3.0.25 (most up-to-date, as of writing this) of the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, and make sure you have the Product Feed PRO for WooCommerceplugin disabled, pelase?

    After having the above steps ready, can you try re-establishing the connection by following the steps outlined in this guide: Facebook for WooCommerce – How to Reconnect? Let us know how that goes!
