I can’t replicate the issue on my side, it seems something strictly relative your site. Did you try use the plugin with default theme? There’ something which is creating the conflict.

Maybe the issue is because we are talking about variable products, where different variations have different prices? I am sorry I did not mentioned this earlier!
We have tried with the 2023 theme, all plugins deactivated. The same issue.
We will set up a testing server later this week and come back with credentials, if it will help.

I replicated the issue thank you for information about variable product.
Please be sure to use latest available release, then download the file here and replace it at following path: wp-content/plugins/yith-woocommerce-advanced-product-options/includes/class-yith-wapo-cart.php
Any fix will be included in the next official release too.
