The checkout was working fine before, however now no user can see the buy button at checkout. The PayPal button just shows a loading spinner but wont update.

I’ve tried reconnecting the paypal account & messing with he settings but nothing works. (It is in sandbox mode btw)

There are no error console logs when I inspect either.

I would really appreciate any help!

It turns out it only stopped working on my desktop, but still works on my laptop. Not sure why though, same browser, no vpn or adblockers.

    Hi @luk3v ,

    Thanks for reaching out!

I understand that you are experiencing an endless load with regard to the PayPal button on your sites checkout, is this correct?

It turns out it only stopped working on my desktop, but still works on my laptop. Not sure why though, same browser, no vpn or adblockers.

It’s possible that it could be related to the computing environment itself, or otherwise, a browser extension possibly interfering with the PayPal plugin.

Have you tried various browsers on the desktop? Also, are the browser versions the same on both the laptop and the desktop?

Should the issue persist, please could you clarify which plugin you are using to enable PayPal as a payment gateway on your site.

If you are using the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin, please can you create a new topic in the WooCommerce PayPal Payments plugin forum.

Please keep in mind that this forum is specifically for support related to the WooCommerce core plugin, however, we’ll be happy to provide further support in that forum there 🙂

    Cheers!
