Can’t figure out how to edit a block above the footer

I am building a client’s website on Astra and just purchased the pro version. At the bottom of every page is a block that I am unable to edit anywhere. It’s right above the footer, but is not part of the footer, and is not a widget. I can’t edit it in Elementor or WordPress editor. I’ve looked under Appearance > Customize and I can’t figure out where to edit it. Can anyone help? Since it’s on every page it must be a global setting somewhere but I just can’t find it.
