When plugin activating admin is not working

Hello,

When i am activating your w3 total cache plugin time WordPress admin is not working and displays a blank white page. When i am deactivating then admin works fine. Please help me with this. Please check the below URL for refer https://prnt.sc/FevYGcPU5UbC

Thank you for sharing the URL. I’ve checked the website and I can see that the W3TC is active. I am not seeing any issues.

Also, please do not share the access to your backend on the public forum as this is against the wp.org guidelines/rules.

Do you have issues logging to the backend of the website you just shared?

I am really facing an issue when i activate your plugin it seems in the admin side any other pages are not displaying it’s showing a blank white page. Please Check and provide any solution for this. This is the error i found in the admin side ” PHP Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 41943040 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 2621440 bytes) in /home/cardfellow/public_html/blog/wp-content/plugins/w3-total-cache/Root_Loader.php on line 82 ” Please check once.

So it seems that the memory limit of 40MB is reached.

You can increase the memory limit so please check this article for more information on how to do that.
