Connection with old Business Manager

    Hi
    i really need help so, I have an old Facebook Business Page connected to my woocommerce website. I don’t have access to this anymore, I tried everything, I have deactivated the plugin and re installed it, the following strings are not in the option.ph

    – wc_facebook_product_catalog_id
    – wc_facebook_external_merchant_settings_id
    – wc_facebook_feed_id


    When I reinstall Facebook For WooCommerce and I click on “Get Started” (with my new account), facebook tell me : “Administrator authorization required” cause its again connected to my old business page.

    I have also tried with the plugin that resets Facebook for Woocommerce settings, but nothing. It’s still showing old Business Manager account connection. What can i do?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    I understand that you’re having trouble connecting your new Facebook Business Page to your WooCommerce website due to an old Facebook Business Page being connected previously.

    When you install and connect your Facebook account through Facebook for WooCommerce plugin, a Commerce account is created and linked to the Facebook page selected during the connection onboarding process.

    To unlink a Facebook page that is linked to a Commerce account, you need to unlink it first from the catalog used within the Commerce account:

    • Go to your Business Settings on Facebook, and choose the Business Manager previously selected for the Facebook for WooCommerce.
    • Under Data Sources, click on the catalog that was selected before during the plugin’s connection onboarding process, and click Remove to remove it, this will delete the catalog contents (please be aware of this). Then the page won’t be associated with this catalog anymore.
    • Under Accounts, now select the page you want to remove from your Business Manager, click Remove, to remove it.
