Hello. I’m trying to complete the set up for TikTok marketing in the Woocommerce WP dashboard. When I get to the section for the Ad account, it says: “Update needed for ad account information.” Then when I click to Update it, the “Country of Operation” dropdown doesn’t include my current location, which I used in my Woocommerce set up, which is Mexico. And hence it also doesn’t let me input my Mexican phone number, or currency.
Hello. Thank you. I’m using the Woocommerce plugin. It’s just called Woocommerce. “WooCommerce is the world’s most popular open-source eCommerce solution.” I arrived in this support forum by clicking on the support link within the plugin dashboard. In that plugin dashboard there is a marketing section and in the marketing section there is an option for Tictok. I’m trying to add an image here in the response but am getting a message “file uploading is disabled.”

Kindly note that TikTok is not built-in to WooCommerce core and would require a plugin to integrate.
We’d be happy to check how this is being added to your site. To do so, we’d need to have a look at your System Status Report.
Please can you navigate to WooCommerce → Status. Select Get system report and then Copy for support.
Once you have that, please share the results in your response here.

Hi. I just discovered that you’re right, and it’s the TicTok for Woocommerce extension. It prompted me during installation of the Woocommerce plugin, I wasn’t aware it’s a separate plugin. Thanks for your help.
I will go ahead and mark this as resolved then since further support will be provided internally, however, feel free to create a new topic if you need further help with WooCommerce core 🙂
Cheers!
