WP Super Cache exceptions

hello, my site is on mediatemple and thus is very slow. i was speeding it up with super cache to reduce the number of php calls, but that disabled my vote-up feature, which requires some php.
is there a way to make on-page exceptions with supercache? please see the example below. you will see a heart icon that says “XX likes” which you can click to “like” the project. when supercache is enabled it doesn’t work.
