Data exception cannot be read

    Hello
    I’m using flatsome + Woocommerce, WooCommerce version: 7.7.0, since the updated version, there are always exceptions, error messages, can’t read data:

    1. your store today To-Dos, Tips, and Insights for Your Company
      An error occurred while entering the inbox. please try again.
    2. analyze: No data all blank

    May I ask what is the reason for this?

    In addition, I also found that since the updated version, it indirectly affects the operation of other plug-ins. After updating the archive, it shows a blank value and cannot be stored normally. Blog articles – Gutenberg editor cannot update articles.
    , could it be a problem like this? “WooCommerce is running in a fatal error through the WordPress core REST API.”

    Hello @ulhouse,

    Sorry to hear this, I understand a few parts of your site are not working properly after the last update, correct?

    In order to get a better understanding of the issue, please attach the following.

    • A couple of screenshots that describe the issue, feel free to use Snipboard or any image-sharing service.
    • A copy of your system status report. You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.  Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
    • It’s also worth checking if there are any fatal error logs from WooCommerce > Status > Logs and choosing from the drop-down menu the fatal-errors.log option.
