Can't Access WP-ADMIN

    Hey when i went to change my General settings i changed the WordPress address (URL) and now i cannot log into the admin account.

    WordPress is installed in a folder

    here is where it’s installed

    how do i change the WordPress address url back, so i will be able to access my admin panel.
