[Plugin: Yet Another Related Posts Plugin] Full names

Is there any way to prioritize full personal or proper names (multiple words with capitalized first words)?

I find that, in a site with many people, other people with the same first name appear in related posts.

Just curious is there might be a way to weight such phrases.
