Preview URLs in 404 logs

    This isn’t a direct support question for this plugin but I figured these forums would be the best place to ask it.

    In my 404 logs for the plugin, I get hundreds of 404s in this format:

    domain.com/?p=2856?p=2856&preview=true

    Does anyone know what might cause them? When I open the URLs, even incognito, they don’t even come up as a 404 (instead the post is shown normally)

    I couldn’t say what causes them. The URL you listed above is invalid, but I don’t know if that’s a copy/paste error.

    The information in the log (IP address, user agent, referrer) may help identify the cause.

    Thanks @johnny5, the referrers and other info is from a wide variety of things… and there is hundreds of such 404s every week. Only on this one site It’s very strange. I have searched my source code and there is no /preview…/ links included anywhere, so I am at a loss!

    Most likely it is just noise and can be ignored.
