Files stopped generating

Hi, we have problem with your plugin, two weeks ago it stopped generating files (jpg). Nothing was changed. Server has space. But files do not generate adn not send. Formidable forms, licence for your plugin is for 10 templates

Hi,

Are you able to export data to PDF from backend directly at “E2Pdf” -> “Export”?

Can you please attach the shortcode that is used? Is it used with “Success Message” or “Mail Body”?

In export it generates everything

Can you please try to replace shortcodes with “e2pdf-download” and see if it will generate PDF download links and if all PDF files will be accessible?

If it will not be generated, recheck if you have the correct conditions (maybe it 42 field value was not saved as “grafikanasome”) . Be sure that there were no changes in the “activation” status and the forms “connection”.

If shortcodes will be generated and you can open all PDFs, it can be an issue with 3rd party mail provider (if any is used) or with some PHP limits. You can also try to check an error.log for any generated errors.

If you still will not be able to identify the issue, contact us please directly via https://e2pdf.com/support/contact. Unfortunately, it could require us to take a look at your setup directly as we can’t replicate currently the issue on our side.

I’ll check, but strange thing is that it stopped working also on our testing server. Nothing was changed there and we transfered whole page on prodution months ago. Both sites worked perfectly and are on differend hosts. Now not working any of them

Do you use any custom mail SMTP provider / mail plugin? If yes, can you try temporarily disabling it and check whether you will get an attachment?

no SMTP, just WP email, using formidable forms, nd all was working fine, no changes in configuration were made
