changed theme, cant access wp-admin

    I changed my wordpress to another theme and now i get this error when trying to login to make a new post, I dont know whats up. my site is still up but i cant log in

    Error 500 – Internal server error

    An internal server error has occured!
    Please try again later.

    Access your server via FTP or SFTP, navigate to /wp-content/themes/ and rename the directory of your currently active theme. This will force the Default theme (WordPress 1.5 – 2.9.2) or the Twenty Ten theme (WordPress 3.0 and higher) to activate.
