It seems it does not support Woocommerce native coupon:

Hi @alexliii

As the Dokan plugin enables multiple vendors to upload and sell their products, the native WooCommerce functionality cannot be applied to individual vendor products. However, creating coupons specifically for vendors is a premium feature of the Dokan plugin that can be accessed through the WP admin panel.

According to the forum guidelines, commercial products are not supported in these forums”.

However, it works before, but it does not work now after upgrade.

Followed https://wedevs.com/docs/dokan/tutorials/how-to-create-coupons-for-vendors/

and test in your local environment, you will noted the issue.
