Header does not load correctly on homepage

    I am very new to PHP and I coped a div menu for my header form the Divine Project plug-in for Photoshop, when I go to my blog the div menu does not load, the header is blank. Once i go to any other page, the header loads correctly, even when I link back to my homepage. What could be causing this?
