Hi,
Thank you for reaching out to us.
There’s no problem on my site. Before applying coupon: https://prnt.sc/AhwREPrtucvC
And after applying coupon: https://prnt.sc/lkNIY65wwkIx
You can see the subtotal changes, it’s applied successfully.
I’m not sure if it’s a settings issue or a conflict on your site, how did you make the issue occur?
Best regards.

and add 3 of any variant. Then goto side cart and enter this coupon code : 30off
pls let me know if it works or not thx
Please try this option in Customize settings: https://prnt.sc/cqcDhahdsec1

hi Angela thx for your tip yes it works now but another problem is the cart total actually includes shipping automatically even though I’m using incognito no previously entered checkout shipping address cookie but it still automatically includes shipping . How do I turn this off so the cart total doesn’t include shipping? Or how do I make subtotal include coupon as well bc woocommerce cart page subtotal can include coupon.
also is there a way to have applied coupon code show in the bottom section of side cart because currently it doesn’t. Thx
Thank you for the confirmation regarding the previous issue. For the cart subtotal, it’s unfortunate at the moment we only have subtotal (total price of all products in cart) or total (price of all products in cart and other additional fees – shipping, tax, coupon…).
To show applied coupon code in the bottom, we have an option in Customize settings – Sidebar Cart Footer. But this option is available in the pro version only: https://prnt.sc/uAgbMdLRQ99e
It’ll be like this: https://prnt.sc/nAkJZbTD_6eq
