I fixed it by editing the wordpress code, if anyone would like instructions on how to do this, just let me know through the forum or my website. I would write a plugin but I have no idea how it would work.
It does update the time stamp, but there’s two timestamps for pages. Original and Last Modified.

Is there anyway to modify the Original?
I use a plugin to display when I’ve edited a post, it works nicely.

I’m wanting to change the timestamp manually to an older time, just like you can edit the timestamp of a post.
omman0… can you tell me how you edited the code to add a static page time stamp editor?
