Popunder Rotation

Hello, i’m trying to set up three popunders ads on my website. A, B and C. They appear one time per hour, so i’m trying to add a delay between them. After the A popunder, four impressions later the popunder B, same for the popunder C. One hour later, the rotation restart. Is it doable?
