    i work as a freelancer for a small e learning company, i’m trying to contact support cause i’m having an issue with the plugin but i can’t because i should have the envato account credentials of the plugin in order to contact them, but the old developer is refusing to give me the account details. Now my e-learning website stopped and i can’t do anything, can you help me please, he only sent me everything related to the licenses but he refused to share the account details but i really need the support for help, can you help please

    You installed MasterStudy premium theme. We need more details from you to resolve the issue:

    • When exactly 503 error occurring.
    • What is version of the theme and bundled plugins including STM Configurations.
    • Which version of the PHP are you using on the server side?
