    Dear @greggraphic,

    Thank you for the topic.

We have checked and noticed that you are using the WP Rocket Cache plugin.

    See the screenshot below:

So, please make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus).
Then, clear all the caches and check whether the issue persists or not.

Make sure the cache is excluded on the page where the copy protection is enabled. Also, make sure to clear the mobile cache.

After clearing the caches, please try to check the case with either the Incognito mode or another browser/device.

Please check this and let us know about the outcome.

    Thank you.

    Dear @greggraphic,

    Thank you for your reply.

Could you please temporarily deactivate that plugin for now, then remove the browser cache and check the case with Incognito mode?
Besides this, please provide us with the following information for further investigation of your case:

    1. The version of the Copy Protection plugin you are using
    2. The PHP version you are using
    3. Screenshots of the options of the General and Settings tabs so that we can check the settings configuration
    4. The OS (Android / IOS) version
    5. The mobile version
    6. Browser version.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Thank you.

    Dear @greggraphic,

    Thank you for your reply.

We have checked and noticed that everything works fine in this regard on our end.
Most presumably, you are currently experiencing an individual case.

So, please make a DB backup for your safety (you can use UpdraftPlus) so as not to lose your data.

Then, please do troubleshooting by deactivating the plugins one by one, to understand which plugin is the cause.

Here is a useful link to help you with troubleshooting:

    Thank you.
