CSS Loading issue

    Hello. I should begin by saying that I am new to WordPress.

    When I activate the GiveWP plugin, I start getting what seems to be a CSS loading issue and I am unable to add new pages. I am not sure what other areas are affected. I went through my list of installed plugins, deactivated them all, then activated them one by one and was able to put together a list of plugins causing the issue. GiveWP is one of them.

    Any help regarding this is very much appreciated because the plan is to start using GiveWP in the near future.

    I’m happy to help you here. Can you clarify what you mean by CSS loading issue? Is it breaking styles on your website? Is there a link where we can see the problem happening?

    ​Also, please send along your System Info.Navigate to Donations –> Tools –> System Info (tab) and click the button to “Get System Report” and copy/paste that in your reply here. That will give me some more context to be able to help.

    Hi @matheusfd

    By css loading issue I meant that it was as if the styles are not applied to the page. I have spent a lot of time trying to figure this out and I was able to trace the cause to one plugin managed by WordPress.com. Styles were breaking intermittently and that’s why I got confused. I apologize for that. I am able to activate GiveWP without any problems.

    I will contact WordPress.com about the plugin I mentioned.
