Image Optimization stuck

Hi,
I’m having a problem with Image Optimization. It sends 8 images, and the message says they were accepted, but my Quic Cloud account doesn’t show anything. When I clean the unfinished image data and try again, the same thing happens. The last time an image was processed was April 28.
