Database Connection Problem

    I am migrating wordpress website to another domain using Migrator. But Migrator plugin couldn’t establishing database connection. The issue is when I tried created a new databese it show error as
    DATABASE CREATION FAILURE: A database named [********] already exists.

    But when I don’t create a database and just adds detail here to create database it shows another error. Please help me to solve this issue.

    Thanks for contacting Duplicator Support!

    It looks like you need to create a new database for your website.

    Could you please watch this video? It includes instructions on how to create a database and a database user on cPanel:

    Please save the database name, database user name, and database user password in a separate file so that you can fill this information when needed in Duplicator installer.
