Koko uses WpCron to collect statistics. It’s possible that your WP Cron isn’t executing properly or has something stuck in the queue preventing analytics from being collected until an Admin looks at the Koko settings.
With the Advanced Cron Manager plugin you can see your WpCron queue, and delete the task on top of the queue of its blocking.
It’s also possible that you have WpCron turned off and then you need to create a normal cron job that hits wp-cron.php every 5 minutes or so.

Advanced Cron Manager will show you the whole queue. You can look at that, see what is at the top of the list, and see if that changes (task is executed) or if it’s stuck there. If stuck, remove that task at the top and see if things start moving again. If still not moving you can ask your hosting provider if they know why your WpCron isn’t working. There is no plugin needed for WpCron it’s build into WordPress
Does the list change? r it’s just stuck like this? Can you try and delete the task that is on top of the list, and then check back 10 minutes later to see if the list changed?
Did you delete the task on top of the queue, in case that’s what’s blocking WPCron?
If it still doesn’t work after that, your WpCron isn’t working at all. Usually that’s something your hosting provider can help you with, they may have turned it off on their server. In that case they often offer an alternate solution like setting up a normal cron job to hit wp-cron.php every 5 minutes.
