As a next step, I’d suggest performing a full conflict test to rule out any theme/plugin conflicts that may be causing the issue.
The best way to determine this is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce and the Bank of America for WooCommerce extension, and check if the issue is still present.
