Mailpoet sending service not sending

I setup the mailpot sending service on my website, i use cloudflare everything is verified on the dns side. But mailpoet sends no confirmations e-mails or newletter e-mails

System status says connection succesvol, when i press the task i get a blanc page with pong.

The only thing i found on the support site was the following: Note: If you’re sending with us and the connection is successful but your emails are not being sent, your account may be suspended. Contact our support team to get help
