Support is Terrible

    Good product – but the worst customer support I have ever received.

    God forbid you ever need urgent help with a Paid Pro Account. There is no phone support or live chat, everything has to be done via email. After paying for and using Elementor Pro for 3 years I couldn’t log into my account as my hosting had bounced one of their automatic verification code emails. This apparently means that my email is no longer valid and has to be changed! So after a day of going back and forth, I ask them to change it to use my Googlemail email.

    4 days later and I have still not received any confirmation, even after sending them an update email every day. I had a client website to set up this week and it’s totally screwed up a whole week of work. Even after getting through to another customer support agent yesterday and asking what the hell was going on, I have still no resolution to this issue!! AVOID!!
