Moving WordPress from one host to another

    I have moved my client’s WP web content from Fatcow ftp to Yahoo ftp. Before I moved the files, the client had already redirected the DNS to Yahoo. I am using Thesis theme 1.7 with WordPress 2.9.2

    Once I moved the files to the Yahoo server nothing works.

    If I change the database info in a file editor like Dreamweaver, will this make the site functional again?

    Should I recreate the database using the Yahoo/phpMyAdim tool Or should I do complete WordPress install from scratch and then add the Thesis theme content?
