Chatbot page keeps getting stuck on loading

    I can’t seem to use the new chatbot. Whenever I try to create a new chatbot, it keeps loading, showing the three moving dots, after I enter the text values. I tried on both Chrome and Edge and both gave me the same problem.

    What can I do to fix this?

    Hi @navyblue7,

    I think it’s an issue with ModSecurity, and that your server reject API requests using the PUT method.

    Since other users also have this issue, rather than asking everyone to check and fix their server, it’s easier to change it in my plugin (even though it’s technically not entirely correct to use POST instead of PUT, when updating existing data). I’ll publish a new version a few hours.
