Recommendations, please…

I use Event Manager (http://davidebenini.it/wordpress-plugins/events-manager/) on one of my sites – I had to hack it a bit to allow users to post their events to a “holding” table until a moderator can approve them, but last I checked they were planning on incorporating something of that nature.
