Disable COD fee on Specific Shipping Method

Hello,

I use the “Shipping zones by drawing” plugin, and I want to use COD in this shipping method (inside a specific zone) but without charging my customer’s extra fee ONLY for this method.

For example, one of my zones is “Greece”
The methods in this zone are:
-Express (Shipping Zones by Drawing) *
-Weight Based Shipping (Courier shipping)
-Take away (store pickup)

* I want to have active the COD option in “Express” but don’t charge fee my customers for this.

For the moment I have found only a way to charge a flat fee for all these methods or charge extra on a specific method. Also, i know how to disable the fee when the cart is over a specific amount.
But i can’t find a way to disable the fee on a specific method.


Is there a way to do it with the standard plugin?
If not, does the pro plugin covers this feature?
