Could you please go to Smush > Lazyload page and enable the “Native lazy load” feature and then check whether you notice any difference or not?
Please do make sure to clear the cache before you run a new Google Page Speed result.

Yep, I had that activated. I cleared my cache and tried again but i still had the same issue.

I ran a new test with Google PageSpeed Insights but didn’t see any suggestion to defer offscreen images. Please find the result here.
Can you please re-check this on your end and let us know if you still notice any issues?

Thank you. I think it was caused by a plugin conflict, it’s sorted now
