    Hi,

    we recently redid our webshop and everything, and we changed a lot of our products. unfortunately now we cant upload new products and the old products cannot be deleted from the FB store.

    When I look at the product overview in wordpress, it says do not sync in the FB row. when I open a product to edit its facebook settings, it shows that it is syncing and shown in the catalogue. When i hit sync products in the FB plugin, almost nothing happens. For some reason there is only one products that can be set to sync and that actual syncs with facebook. however it appears three times in fb now…

    What can i do?

    Hello @trinkkost2021,

    I understand that your Facebook catalog is no longer syncing with the products in your WooCommerce Store.

    You can try deleting all products from Facebook and manually re-syncing from WooCommerce > Status > Tools.

    If that doesn’t help, you can disconnect the extension altogether and reconnect per this guide.

    If both options do not resolve the issue, please share a copy of your site’s System Status so we can investigate further.

    You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”. Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response.
