Same here – https://www.seeterrassen-laboe.de/email/ – the emails are arriving twice, with different Message-IDs (so it’s not duplicated at the receiving end, but actually sent twice). I use a simple self-developed theme but it includes Material Design Lite libraries. Other plug-ins are CloudFlare, “All in One SEO” and pageMash. Thanks already for any help …

Same problem here. The wpcf7-spinner icon appears twice (side be side) on single click form submission and then the email is received twice.
I have the same issue. Have got one website and 4 contact forms total in different pages. All of them send contact form message twice. Also form sent notification appears twice in a row. It seems like send process doubles itself. Couldn’t find a solution.
There wasn’t any issue last week.
Problem solved not sure but i am saw small brute force and layer 3/4 after mitigated very small attack and brute force which is also small all thing is back to normal also i am clear all cron jobs via phpmyadmin maybe this will help someone because this is happened for me on one server and 2 site both sites is 100% diferrent nothing about plugin.. maybe will help go to phpmyadmin and run this command
