Profile & Change Password Links 404

Hello – I’m having an issue with the profile details and edit password links. They both resolve to 404. Instead of the links going to ../my-account/update-profile/ and ../my-account/update-password they are going to ../about/people/my-account/update-profile and ../about/people/my-account/update-password. As you can see I have updated the end-points in settings and re-saved permalinks. BTW, ../about/people is a page on my site.

I also tried deactivating plugins and switching to default theme. Any idea why this would be happening? This is a multisite.
