Advanced tabs not displaying on mobile devices

    I used advanced tab element, it works fine on desktop but does not display the content on mobile devices. What could be the problem pls.

    I hope you are doing well. I am so sorry for the inconvenience that you have faced.

    I have just tried to use the EA Advanced Tab and check on both desktop and mobile and it’s showing the content.

    Could you please share your website URL, where you have to use the EA advanced tab? So that I could investigate it and give you a proper solution.

    Also please let me know the Elementor and Essential Addons versions you are using.

    Thank you for the quick response. I just discovered that it works fine on some mobile devices. It used to also work on mind but it has stopped working now. Does that have a relation with number of times visit or cache. 5 of my clients also made the same complain last few month.

    It could be cache related issue. But for identifying that, Could you please share your website URL, where you have to use the EA advanced tab? So that I could investigate it and give you a proper solution.
