Could you please share your website URL, where you have to use the EA advanced tab? So that I could investigate it and give you a proper solution.
Also please let me know the Elementor and Essential Addons versions you are using.

Thank you for the quick response. I just discovered that it works fine on some mobile devices. It used to also work on mind but it has stopped working now. Does that have a relation with number of times visit or cache. 5 of my clients also made the same complain last few month.
