    My staff and I have been having issues with the website’s checkout. Any time any of our students try to purchase a subscription product, after they fill out the application CORRECTLY, they just receive an indefinite “loading” icon. If they back out, WooCommerce creates a pending order and no transaction is sent to Stripe. I am only bringing this here because I have a hunch that there is a plugin conflict, and this is the most recent one that we have added. Any track record of clashing with Woo or Woo Subscription plugins? Any other suggestions?

    I am not able to access your site at this time. It looks like it’s under maintenance mode.

    Is this occurring after they click the Place Order button? What you’re describing sounds like a 3rd party plugin that’s causing an error during the checkout process, before the Stripe plugin attempts to process the payment.

    Any track record of clashing with Woo or Woo Subscription plugins?

    No, we have tens of thousands of merchants that use our plugin with WooCommerce Subscriptions.

    Any other suggestions?

    Navigate to your WooCommerce > Status > Logs page and see if you have any fatal-error log files. Those will show which plugin is causing issues.

    For my site BioMinToothpaste.com.au. I am experiencing similar issues. But it is inconsistent. Customers are placing orders and when using a credit card they advise it does not complete or hangs. On my site they are sitting in pending. I can manually force through a payment from the backend. All other payment gateways appear to be working ok. To complicate matter some customers are completing ok.

    I have tried the fatal – errors log but there are no entries for the past month.

    All plug-ins , woocommerce. wordpress and themes are up to date

    Any suggestions please
