    It says my store currency is not supported by facebook. and I have used this currency before in my store and many stores in Bulgaria use this exact currency with your same plugin, how can you help me? do i need to revert any front version of your plugin? the currency is BGN

    Thanks for reaching out!

    As I understand, your WooCommerce default currency (BGN) is not on the list of Facebook’s supported currencies.

    You can try temporarily changing your currency to one of our supported options (USD, CAD, GBP, EUR) and then changing it back afterward, this seems to have worked for others previously 🙂

    Okay i can do it but from where i can change to BGN after that, can you show me picture?

    I’d suggest temporarily changing the WooCommerce shop currency (by going to WooCommerce > settings > general on your backend) to one of Facebook’s supported currencies, then try to connect to Facebook, and see if the issue persists. If not, then you can switch back to your currency BGN.

    Let us know how that goes.

    Delete product(s) on Facebook

    Hi,

    In order to reset the Facebook metadata for all your products, please do the following:

    • Navigate to Marketing > Facebook and turn on Enable debug mode (Log plugin events for debugging).
    • Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Tools, go to the section called Facebook: Reset all products then click Reset product Facebook settings

    If that does not help, please let us know.
