Hello! Our client is using your plugin and recently found that they’re unable to save changes to an existing table. I logged in and am able to duplicate the error (windows/firefox and windows/chrome). What’s weird is that one person seems to be able to save/update successfully, but then at least two other people cannot.

The site uses Cloudflare – could there be a security rule or exception that needs to be added? Cloudflare has been used on the site for a while now, so it’s not a new thing. And the client was able to successfully save previously, so not sure what changed. I see when I try to save changes that I get a console error ‘/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=save_table – HTTP/2 403 Forbidden’

Please let me know if you have any questions. Thank you for your help! 🙂

    Hi @janusdesign,

    Sorry to hear that.

I will try to recreate the issue on our end and see if we can come up with a solution.

Is it possible to share a list of the plugins you are using and the theme?

    That would be really helpful.

    Kind regards.

Thanks for the quick reply! Here’s a list of the plugins used on the site. All free/non-PRO versions – everything is current except for Advanced Custom Fields, which is just maybe one version behind:

    Advanced Custom Fields 6.1.3
    Advanced Custom Fields: Options Page
    Akismet Anti-Spam: Spam Protection
    All in One SEO
    BackWPup
    NextGEN Gallery
    reCaptcha by BestWebSoft
    Redirection
    W3 Total Cache
    Wordfence Security
    WP Table Builder

And Cloudflare is used on the site, as previously mentioned.

Please let me know if you have any questions or need anything else. Thank you for your help! 🙂

    Hello @imtiazrayhan ,

Thanks again for your help with this! Was curious if you had a chance to test OR if you needed any additional information?

    Sincerely,

    Chris

FYI I think it might have to do with the PHP version. The live blog is running 7.4.33, but I just tested on a dev copy of the blog running 8.2.5 and it seems to work properly there. The plugin should work ok with 7.4.33 though, yes?
