    I opened a ticket last week and as of now I never received any reply. Also the topic did not receive a respond.

    It’s not the first time you are ignoring tickets. Please clarify.

    If so, please provide us with a ticket number so I can find out why you haven’t gotten any help.

    Unfortunately your ticket was opened in the Easter holidays. We do not offer Support during public holidays or weekends meaning that your ticket could not be picked up and answered until today.

    For the future, it will be better to create an automated response that the office is closed for the holiday between X and Y.

    I agree. We did also set up an auto-reply, but it was set up a little too late to apply to the first tickets that came through on Thursday.
